The ideal candidate is a Slate-experienced higher education professional ready to assist partnering institutions through consultation on and technical implementation of Slate modules. Candidates should have at least one-year of experience working within Slate in an enrollment, retention, advising or advancement setting. 

Candidates should be comfortable with the technical aspects of the position including building high-quality, custom-built portals for institutions interested in synchronizing the student lifecycle through the capabilities provided by portals and translating wireframes into high-level user experience. Candidates should also offer abilities in enrollment strategy, problem-solving and client facing/customer service interactions.

Strong communication, organizational, project management, and problem-solving skills are key to this role.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

- Build and tailor Slate portals for the following audiences:

- Provide continued training and project updates to clients through periodic check-in calls

- Provide strategic recommendations regarding Slate, enrollment recruitment and marketing strategies

- Collaborate with other members of the Slate Portals team to develop training materials and learning resources for Underscore staff members

- Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities, including but not limited to, Learning Lab, Slate Summit, and other conferences as required
